I provide several types of accounting services, including: bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, accounts payable (entering/paying vendor bills), accounts receivable (entering and sending customer invoices and customer payments and bank deposits), payroll processing, filing and paying payroll tax returns, filing and paying sales tax returns, processing tax forms such as W2s and 1099s, etc.

If the finances aren't being managed well, the business not only might not be successful, but could go out of business due to poor financial management. Sometimes when companies are too busy to do the accounting, are a bit foggy in their understanding of it, and so on, they don't have an accurate understanding of what's happening with their finances. They may spend too much money and not have enough in the end to pay their taxes, cover their necessary bills, and so on.

I love helping people. I know not everyone understands accounting and bookkeeping, but I do.

I realized I have the ability to use my skills to impact people and businesses and therefore, I would like to use them for that purpose.

I have a bachelor's degree in accounting and over 6 years of accounting experience. I always want to be ethical and help people with my accounting knowledge and am able to explain anything they may not understand.

Yes, I can do this at either the request of the customer or if I work this out with the customer per my request. I can communicate and provide updates per the tools the customer has and is comfortable using as I am tech savvy and able to use many different online sites, apps, or tools.

I'm starting a new business. Some of my work can be done remotely by either my choice or the customer's preference. If the customer doesn't mind my coming in to work in person, I am fully updated on my vaccinations.


I can do the books for clients. This includes all or any of the following listed below:
-setting up QuickBooks
-helping set up chart of accounts and/or reclassifying account types
-bank reconciliations
-entering and paying bills (accounts payable)
-entering/sending invoices for customers and entering customer payments received and bank deposits made

I offer payroll processing. This can be any of the following (or other type of payroll processing-reach out to me if you have any questions about payroll services I provide):
-direct deposit payroll
-paper payroll checks
-filing and paying payroll tax returns for federal and state purposes

This would include all other services I provide not included in the other two categories (bookkeeping or payroll).
