What inspired you to start your own business?
I have enjoyed coaching employees at all levels of the organization throughout my career as a CEO. Today, as a professional coach I offer my clients more than 30+ years experience coaching employees in the USA, Latin America and Europe; coaching credentials certified by the International Coach Federation as well as by Erickson Coaching International and the ability to work cross culturally and coach in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Therefore, my style is to establish a safe environment based on mutual trust, to communicate openly and direct and to focus on solutions in the future rather than dwelling on problems in the past. Generally, my clients report that I help them resolve their particular issue and addition they seem to improve their communication skills, they gain more self-confidence and become more productive.
