What do you love most about your job?
I love being a part (even if it's a very small part) of what it takes to help a company grow. I love helping develop, improve and streamline the HR function, making HR issues less of a burden.
What inspired you to start your own business?
For many years, I oversaw the HR function and realized that I get most joy out of the building and the creative process of improving the HR function vs. only managing the daily HR operations. I like meeting new people and learning about their struggles and helping them through it. So, now, I am able to do this on a much larger scale.
