I've been needing a new headshot for on-camera work for years and after multiple shoots with other photographers never quite got the product that I needed. Taking a one-on-one course with Jeff took my photography to a whole other level! I’ve always been intimidated by off-camera flash but knew it was something I needed to not only increase my creativity but also to provide new options to my clients. Jeff presents the information in an easy to understand way. While technical, he makes sure to adjust to an individuals learning style. For me, our workshop was very conversational and included practical use scenarios. I hired Readylight Media to take some corporate headshots and scenery shots to be used on a client's website that I was designing. The whole process was managed very smoothly and professionally. Our photographer, Jeff, was very respectful of everyone's time. He was punctual and efficient; he had everything set up within minutes. He was friendly and made all of the associates feel comfortable during the photo shoot (which is not always easy to do, because let's face it, some of us just feel awkward being photographed, any way you slice it!). He returned the final photos to us in a timely manner, and lo and behold, everyone was actually very pleased with their resulting headshot! Jeff was able to evoke and capture very natural, approachable expressions from all of the subjects; every person came out looking very warm and genuine rather than posed, artificial or retouched. The scenery photos (panoramic shots of the Cool Springs skyline) came out absolutely stunning. Looks like a million bucks! I could not be happier with his services. When you have a client relationship of your own on the line, it becomes super important to not only get a good finished product, but a great overall experience for everyone involved. I just wanted to send a quick THANK YOU to Readylight Photography! We could not have been more pleased with the photobooth at our Chicago wedding in July! Our guests all had a BLAST and the pictures turned out phenomenally! Jeff was so professional and made all of the guests feel so comfortable infront of the camera. I was shocked by all of the different types of people (young, older, families, friends, and new found friends) that took pictures together. His variety of props was also great. I feel like all of the photobooth props I see recently are all the same, Readylight really mixed it up and made sure to remember some personal touches as well. These pictures were definitely a highlight and will be great memories for years to come. I am so glad we had Readylight there to capture the fun moments of our wedding and really let our guests let loose! After the wedding just about everyone was asking and eager to view the pictures... and Readylight had them available so quickly! I would recommend Readylight's photobooth option for ANYONE hosting a wedding, or any sort of party or event.
