Ray catered my daughters wedding and it was amazing. He did the set up to the clean up. Everything he made was delicious. We had compliments from the fussiest people, which is huge. I would honestly use him again.

Ray and Sharon are amazing. They catered our wedding reception last Saturday and everything was perfect! Many guests commented on the delicious food and excellent service. Ray thank you for the deliciousness I was able to serve Christmas Eve. The seafood stuffed mushrooms were the best my guests ever had! You should add the spinach stuffed mushrooms to your menu as they too were a home run. I will never make eggplant Parmesan again since yours was so much like "moms"! I want to thank Ray and Sharon of Ray’s Catering for the fabulous job they did catering the luncheon at my mother’s funeral reception yesterday. The food was out of this world - homemade meatballs, pasta, roasted chicken and beef Marsala. The salad, potatoes and beans were delicious, as was the carrot cake. We had Ray's Catering for our daughters wedding this past weekend. Turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes, stuffing, corn, applesauce, cranberry sauce and rolls. Appetizers too. I visited Ray's in April, being from Virginia, I ordered the Lobster Roll............The best Lobster roll I have had in a long time. The lobster meat was sweet and tender, with just the right amount of mayo to bring out the sweet taste. Portions were plenty. Great service, fast and friendly !
