Rampart Garage Doors is highly recommended! I submitted a request for a broken garage door spring repair through Yelp at 7:30 p. m. and Thomas answered with an estimate immediately. He also patiently and thoroughly answered my questions, including explaining the difference between using two springs and one. He was available the next afternoon and, when the time came, he called to say he was on his way and showed up on time. The work was done expertly and everything was cleaned up properly. I don't really do reviews but I have to for Rampart Garage Doors.  This is a business that runs on all cylinders.  From workmanship to customer service, these guys are the real deal. They exceeded my expectations and five stars isn't enough.  Do yourself a favor, if you need garage door services call them FIRST. Our original 24 year old doors were still working, but after seeing what these guys can do, time for an upgrade. Robert the installer is a real craftsman. Neat and clean worker with skill. Tom the owner set every up and helped with the correct choice.  I can no longer hear my garage door in operation from inside the house. Virtually silent. Color matched house perfectly as promised. Can't say enough good things about Rampart and Thomas.  He was very quick to respond to my request on Yelp and had very reasonable rates.  He fit me into his schedule very quickly.  Could not have been more appreciative of his time. His install of my garage door opener was flawless, went smoothly, and everything is working perfectly. I contacted Rampart on a Sunday afternoon, and even though they were closed, Tom quickly responded to me via yelp with a very thorough reply and quite.  I still had a couple of other companies come do a quick bid and Rampart's pricing was by far the best.Tom always answered with professionalism and industry knowledge.  When he came to service the garage the next morning, he was on time and easy to understand the work he'd be completing.  No hidden fees or surprises, everything was as discussed and he also explained any extras he could perform if we desired them.The job was completed in a timely manner and Tom stayed behind to answer a few more of my questions and explain the features of our new opener.I highway recommend Rampart for their quick and professional service! We had one of our torsion springs go out on our garage door. I submitted a request for a quote through Yelp this morning and Thomas responded super quick. Our garage door needed a tune up and the team was able to come that week and get it taken care of. They worked with my schedule and made it easy for me to meet them at the house after I got off work. When they arrived they were professional and courteous. As the technician looked at the door it was very clear that the problem was larger than expected but it was no problem because the technician had the parts on hand to fix the door. 30 minutes later the motor was back together and the door was running smoothly. Amazing quality of service from Tom at Rampart Garage Doors he is clearly an expert at his trade. I installed foam insulation that I bought at Home Depot for my garage door but the foam boards added enough weight that my old garage springs could not handle it even after tightening them. I realized I needed an expert so I called Rampart and Tom gave me detailed information about the situation and a quote over the phone, I agreed and he came out in 15 min. The installation of new springs was quick but thorough, it included an inspection, tightening bolts, and lubrication of parts, as well as recalibration of my garage door opener. I spoke with Tom over the phone about my garage repairs and he was able to give me a great priced quote over the phone. I had a snapped spring and both cables were off the track as well as my keypad needed to be reprogrammed. I called Tom back and within 30 min he was at my garage apt and gave me the same in person quote. My garage door spring broke on a Saturday morning before a Monday holiday, trapping our cars inside.  Luckily, Rampart was able to come out and replace my spring within a few hours and saved our weekend. You would be crazy to give your business to anyone else. He mentioned his staff is paid in salary, meaning they don't need/want to up-sell you anything.
