Ok - so "reviewing" a church seems silly, but I get it...lots of people need to hear real opinions before they make a decision.
My opinion? Raleigh Vineyard is a safe place. It's safe to ask questions, it's safe to be yourself, it's safe to not have it all together, it's safe to be vulnerable, it's safe to celebrate, it's safe to enjoy community.
The church hasn't always been safe for some people, but I've never been part of a community that feels safer than Raleigh Vineyard. We aren't perfect, but we keep trying to love each other and our community better.
Take a risk and check us out...you won't be sorry

I loved the accepting atmosphere immediately. This church was not the everyone do the same thing at the same time kind of church.
During praise and worship, some people sat, some danced. Many fell in the middle of those two. I stood doing the two step church shuffle with hands in the air while my daughter sat.
The topic of the message was love. It was about accepting God's love for ourselves despite our faults and sharing it with others who also have (you guessed it) faults. So stop judging and start loving. That pretty much covers my main beliefs.
I will be going back. I hope to see you there!!

What’s your signature dish?
Biscotti! I believe these are the best biscotti I've ever had, including any "regular" biscotti. They are not only gluten and dairy free, but they are made with natural sugar, not refined sugar. They have the perfect bite, not too hard and not too soft. And they are excellent dipped in a cup o' joe!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I first think about what I would love to eat and consider what I would love others to have access. I then refine what I think more people would be inclined to try. So basically, I try to incorporate different flavors and ingredients to the recognizable and create the most delicious versions of what is comforting and familiar.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the creativity and problem-solving! I am both a scientist and an artist, and LOVE good, wholesome food. Baking, especially gluten and dairy free, allows me to use what I know about the science of baking to create treats that I have yet to find elsewhere, while remaining true to the wellbeing of my body.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I want everyone to have access to what I am able to enjoy whenever I create something delicious. I have not found a great selection of treats that are gluten and dairy free that live up to my standards as a professionally trained chef. I don't believe we have to compromise quality, taste, and texture when we are concerned for our own wellness. I don't want to be the only one who has access to this.
Why should our clients choose you?
My products are made with good quality ingredients, made by a professionally trained baker, and I am a firm believer that what I have created rivals most others in the gluten/dairy free arena. I have tried many, many bakeries and baked goods in whatever city I have traveled, but have yet to come across anything close to what I've developed. I am very proud of offering these to everyone, not just gluten and dairy free people.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I can take menu orders and custom orders online, as well as payments. The majority of orders will need to be pick-up only. There is not a store-front shop, but a church location (the kitchen in which the baking is done) where orders can be picked up in the lobby during business hours. At this point, the only order deliveries available are wedding cakes and extenuating circumstances that both Kelley's and the client agree upon.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All transactions are done online. During order pick-up, a staff member will wear a mask and remain a safe distance from the client. Any custom delivery will be done with a mask and safe distancing.

We offer custom cakes for any occasion. Our cakes are always gluten free. We provide dairy free and vegan options, as well.
