Zach was born to be a coach and trainer. To say he will motivate you is truly an understatement! You will want to work harder and always keep pushing yourself to keep going, all the way until the end, till the buzzer goes off and the best part is. .. you will have fun doing it! I worked with Zach Kunda for over a year. He is a great coach. When I worked with him he was leading a group of women over the age of sixty. Zach was always sensitive to the needs of each person. We could tell him today is not a good knee or shoulder day. He would change up the routine to accommodate the individual. Zach is a very highly motivating personal trainer and coach! First, he took me through a very complete assessment of my needs, capabilities and my physical issues. Then, he created a very personal, effective training plan. He pushes me past what I think I can do. When I'm having trouble completing an exercise due to physical limitations, he modifies it on the fly so I can complete it. He also mixes up the training sessions so it never gets boring. I leave the sessions tired, and sore...but terrific! I know I worked really hard in just an hour. I lost 16 pounds in 2 months. I have a long way to go but also have way more energy, too! His coaching sure beats me trying to figure out how to do it on my own. More...

Zach is an amazing trainer and coach with a passion and enthusiasm for helping people become healthier and happier. He pushes you to be the very best you can be, and, at the same time, is in tune with your physical needs and any limitations or previous injuries you may have. Zach listens, is encouraging and extremely knowledgeable. He never gives up on you, is always attentive and caring. I particularly love the way he focuses on all the technical details, making sure you are doing everything right so as not to become injured. He gets on your level, meets you where you are, and challenges you to improve upon your goals.
