My signature dishes are my Jerk Lamb Chops and Oxtail Rasta Pasta
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I gain basic information about my client to understand their likes and dislikes, their event abd their budget. Then I am able to walk them thru a customized menu.
What do you love most about your job?
I love customizing menus and seeing the happy faces when my clients eat my food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My passion and love for cooking. It started as a hobby and turned it into my business.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am fully vaccinated and also get tested regularly. I wash my hands frequently, wear gloves and face mask while preparing, delivering, and serving menu items. Constantly sanitizing work area.
