The hotel is very clean and modern, the bar had a wide selection of Bourbons and drinks and craft beer and wine. The food was delicious and served quickly. The areas of the hotel we’re cleaning the wait staff in the hotel staff were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. We were only there for one night and we’re catching an early morning flight but for the time we were there it was excellent. We had a short overnight layover between flights and found this to be perfectly adequate. We did not eat here (breakfast is NOT included) though we had in-room coffee maker that was average quality (one cup, drip variety). I bring Starbucks VIA instant to "doctor" my coffee since American hotel coffee is so average.||||We asked for a room that was higher up and did not face the street. We were happy with no noise overnight, as it was a weekend and the back of the hotel we faced was mostly a parking lot and a local TV station.||||The free airport shuttle leaves every 1/2 hour from the lobby. If you are arriving into PHX, call the hotel after you pick up your bags and they will tell you where to stand (on the curb) while they also call the driver to notify him that you are waiting. He was exceptionally courteous and also went out of his way to make sure he didn't overlook anyone waiting at each terminal.||||Rooms are clean, not fancy, looked recently remodeled, Grounds are meticulous so it was a lovely feeling after spending much of the day in a grimy Ft Lauderdale airport area before flying to PHX. The receptionists seemed really disengaged. We got there 20 minutes early (hard to plan with a baby), and they told us they had no rooms available and they would be available at 3 (check in time) or a bit later. When our baby got fuzzy 10 minutes later (we were planning on feeding her in the privacy of our room), we asked again, but Tracy helped us out this time. She asked for our name (didn't happen the first time), told us the room was ready, and checked us in. She was very helpful. The rooms were really nice and modern. First of all, I called to make my reservation and thought it was taken care of but unfortunately, when I looked at my reservation it was not correct. I called and told the desk of my concern and would like it corrected, the individual told me that they were not able to accommodate me. the hotel offered great value for what we paid and needed, the bed was comfortable and room was well appointed, all you would expect from the Radisson brand. we didn't stay for its location to the airport but it would definitely be an excellent place tom stay if that is what you are after. the check in process was quick and easy and access from the rear of the building made for easy in and out access. we didn't get to check out the restaurant but it looked really good and had a lot of people eating in there so it must be quiet good. over all another win for the Radisson brand. The first impression we got was that the lobby was busy with guests, very noisy. We waited for quite some time to get checked in and the lady taking our reservation made us wait for quite a while until she finally told her colleague that she cannot check us in because her computer froze. The whole time we waited with her to proceed she did not talk to us what the problem is, no explanations and no apologies. We were handed over to the next person, he checked us in politely but also with very few words. The indifference in both employees Left us with a negative impression. We stayed for one night and in the morning had a notice on our car window, we need a parking permit for hotel parking. This information should have been provided to us at check in. The lobby area showed slight signs of wear, but the room was in fantastic condition. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had excellent amenities. The decoration was new and tasteful. I booked this hotel for my Grand Canyon trip. This hotel is very accessible from highway. Room was clean and comfortable. It takes 10 min walk to central Williams but good to explore.

The hotel is in the process of being remodeled. Wasnt a fan of the 60ish decor in lobby and restaurant. Carpeting in the rooms is replaced by vinyl plank flooring, which looked nice, but the bed springs made noise which echoed on the hard flooring. Also, we were supposed to have a king size bed, but it was definitely not a king, but a queen. We did not use the pool or fitness room, so I cant comment on those. I wish the hotel had a more upscale bar. We were looking for a nice bar after a dressy affair and we couldnt find one anywhere in the area of the hotel. More...
