Radisson Hotel Colorado Springs Airport

Dont get confused because it says Airport - its not a very active airport at all. The rooms were big and spacious - the beds very comfy. Everything was roomy and clean. It said on booking.com no breakfast but we got free breakfast (maybe because I have Radisson membership) and we also got a discount card for their own bistro and a free drink at the bar. The only negative thing was that breakfast started at 6.00 and we were there 5 minutes later and the breakfast lady was not pleased to see us allready there. And the breakfast (even it was 6.05) was cold - really cold (although freshly made + brought out of the kitchen).||What you could improve is with a nightlight in the bathroom, a not so bright alarmclock, more TV channels (or a Netfix button) and some really hard pillows. Also some healthy options for breakfast would be nice (maybe real eggs!!). Also I think its time to rethink all the little bottles in the bathroom - its a waste (specially soaps) and you should think more eco in this way. More...

The most Luxurious Hotel I have so far stayed at- The staff is amazing!- Courtesy&polite. Ammenities GALORE- pool- gym- Jacquzi- loung/bar/restaurant- and ballroom! The rooms and beds are BEAUTIFUL&COZY - THE BEDS ARE REMOTE CONTROLLED! This was a great hotel to stay at. The breakfast food was okay. We stayed here for 4 nights, and a majority of the food was cold or soggy, which was disappointing. I was greeted and checked in by Victor at the front desk. He was very polite and engaging. He also called me about 30 min after I checked into my room to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. On my arrival and through to checkout||I experienced professional and friendly service from the entire hotel staff. It started with the shuttle driver being prompt and polite. Close to stores, restaurants but in a quiet area, no noise! Excellent staff, room was spacious and comfortable (2 queen beds). We did not get to see the pool or fitness room. Everything was perfect! Everything was clean, the entire staff was very friendly. Rooms were just as we had hoped they would be. We rode our motorcycle from Wichita, KS and need the clean & comfy rooms to relax and feel comfortable in. Was disappointed with breakfast. Really wanted pancakes or waffles, bacon and biscuits & gravy. There were pancakes the 2nd morning, but they were so tough, we couldn’t eat them. :/I give 4.5 out of 5 stars, due to breakfast. Need to be close to the airport? Look no further. Free shuttle. Decent breakfast. Friendliness that extended from the front desk personnel, housekeeping, and restaurant/bar, was quite welcome after a long trip. From seeing to it the my feather-free request was honored to bringing my wallet back to the airport (somehow I had dropped it in the shuttle), this hotel exemplified customer care.
