Superb accommodations. Clean bathroom along with the rest of the room. Okay it needs help behind the furniture the television is on, but otherwise Nice.
Cannot comment on the elevator as we only used the well used Grand Staircase to & from the 3rd floor. We skipped the casino & never heard any stray noise.
Yes some things could use a update and a bit more maintenance, but clean & friendly more than made up for any deficiency.
I've used other Green Bay sites that were costlier but no better really.
Clean, quiet, easy access from town, huge parking areas, Starbucks from 6am to noon, very spacious bathroom & shower, nice hallways devoid of odors, entrance doors with working card access heat/ac unit was not noisy, modern heat controls. If you don't need brand new everything it is a wonderful stay. I'll be returning.

Very friendly helpful receptionist. Check in went very smoothly. Even though the area around the hotel is very busy, the room was very quiet and restful. The bed and pillows are very very comfortable. Would recommend staying here and if in the area, I will come here again. Easy to get to places to eat or shop. Made reservations here for the 2nd year in a row for our wedding anniversary. Booked a normal King room for 2 nights and when we arrived we were greatly surprised to get to our room and find we had been upgraded to a beautiful sweet! Everything was good and the restaurants and bars are great. There was a do not disturb sign in our door and housekeeping came in while I was getting ready in the morning, but everything else was nice.
