Sidney was wonderful. We wanted to clean the carpets before moving in to our new home. Sidney had speedy availability, and the job was done beautifully. He gave us professional insight into the condition and life of our carpets, with recommendations on how to care for them. He was both professional and personable. They did a very rushed job and at the end of it, the house didn't look like the carpets were clean. Radiant cleaning was in and out of the whole house in just over an hour as if they were in a hurry to get to their next call. There were some rooms that looked clean but only because they were freshly cleaned and still wet but just after the next few days the dirty spots started to surface again revealing how superficial the cleaning was. It wasn't as if the carpets in the house were very dirty but when asked why the carpets weren't cleaner they had a justification for everything and claimed that they were old and nothing more could be done to clean them - not a very satisfactory service. After reading great reviews I had high hopes for this cleaning service. While they were responsive, the job done was sub-par. I had one room, stairs and hallway/landing cleaned. They were in and out in 15minutes. The carpet on the stairs is wet and maybe surface clean BUT carpet is still matted down. I have had other carpets cleaning services and at the end of 60minute service they look clean and 'refreshed' not matted. I scheduled a residential cleaning with Sidney and unfortunately they were a no show. After texting and leaving a voice mail to follow up as there could always be a delay or forgotten appointment on the schedule, no one from Radiant has returned my calls and/or texts in 5 days. Sorry to say would not recommend them based off of follow up and punctuality, but other reviews they have do give positive feedback. I called Radiant about 2 weeks ago to get a quote. I called the typical competitors (Kennedy and Stanley), but avoided Sears as they' re practically out of business anyway. Radiant not only gave me the best price, but also came out the very next week. Sidney, the owner, steam cleaned carpets in 2 rooms, 6 area rugs, and a sofa. He was on time and was able to get everything cleaned very quickly. I spoke to Sidney at the end of the job and I can say he's courteous, professional, and respectful.
