I came to Queen of Cleaning with a request for big help. Both in cleaning and organizing. The first time I arrived home after I was in shock. The team made me feel comfortable and did an INCREDIBLE job. The second time that this team came it was for a deep clean. Kim and Alyssa we’re here and made my place shine! We recently used Queen of Cleaning LLC to do a much needed deep clean on our home and were blown away at the awesome job they did! Our team consisted of Tamara, Kassie, and Kalyn and we couldn't have asked for a better team. They showed up right on time with smiles on their faces and started working right away. They finished right within the time frame they had quoted us and when they were done the house literally sparkled! On top of the way our house looked, it smelled AMAZING and I have to admit that I couldn't stop walking around the house after they left just admiring how nice it looked. They even took the time to clean off the (very dusty) shelves above my kitchen sink where I display some of my wine glasses and wiped those all down as well, which I know was a cumbersome job (hence why I have neglected that project for so long myself!) and they were somehow able to clean the grease/dust spot on the ceiling above my stove that I had pretty much given up on (aside from a plan to repaint eventually) and made it look new again. It’s been a long time since we had someone clean our house, but it was so needed as I just don’t have the time. I found Queen of Cleaning on a Facebook post, and I am so happy I did! Kassie and Micheala did a general cleaning and I have never been so excited to come into my house and find it amazingly clean! These two girls did such a great job! I met Kassie, and she was very nice! I felt completely comfortable leaving. I will definitely be using Queen of Cleaning bi-weekly! The pricing was excellent for everything that they did! Also my house smelled soooo good! I love the note they leave telling what they all did! And to just add, I had accidentally missed typed my address to them,so these girls were looking for my home knocking on other doors of homes near mine. They called me and Facebook messaged me. Once I realized my mistake I told them my correct address, and Kassie was knocking on my door within a minute. She was not upset or short with me for throwing their schedule off. LOVE Queen of Cleaning! We have used their service for about 1 year now and the ladies do not disappoint. The time and effort they put in my house is amazing! Small things like baseboards getting cleaned and my children's beds getting made is much more than I expect! Karyne did my most recent clean and I am very satisfied with her service. Michaela and Kim just completed a deep clean of our home and I’m thrilled.
