Unfortunately we had two times, one went amazing, the second one had our blinds disheveled and not even all done. (We have an open concept house so our living room was swiped but not cleaned and our dining room not touched. ) More importantly we have a very large mirror in our bathroom broke off it’s hinges with no warning of this accident occurring. We have been using the Queen of Clean for a year now and they are the best! The cleaners are friendly, hard working and are always on time. They really pay attention to the details and the whole house looks great when they are done. The cleaners even take the time to straighten up little things around the house like the adjusting the pillows on the couch, folding blankets that are left out, etc. What really impresses me is the girls go the extra mile and take care of our two dogs when they are here. I just wanted to say how wonderful of job you guys did at my house! When I walked in it was a huge load off my back to see and smell such a clean house.
I used a different cleaning company when you guys have been busy in the past and they didn’t come close to how great of a job that your employees did!This busy mom of two very active boys appreciated the pick up of the playroom too, I seriously wanted to cry I was so appreciative!

5 STARS These ladies are amazing! Annie and Ryan make sure to schedule you as efficiently as possible... always working with your schedule! My brother said he hasn’t remembered it being so clean since he moved in 8 years ago! With him having chemo all the time and being tired and sick, this absolutely took off so much stress from his shoulders and made him so happy to come home and relax! Some stuff was never dusted. And for how much I paid I expected it to be all done. And the second time they cleaned the kitchen counters were never wiped down or the top of the stove never wiped clean or the kitchen table. Kind of Sad.
