If there was a 10 star rating Quality Town Car would deserve it. I called last minute to pick up family members during Friday night rush hour at SeaTac. Â I had no flight number or departure city, only a landing time from the airlines. Â Dawn was on it! Â She figured out there were no flights arriving at the time I had and their arrival was likely one hour later. Â When my family called for pick up, I realized they gave me the wrong time and it was 1.5 hours earlier. Â Dawn scrambled and found a driver and they barely had to wait in baggage claim for pick up. I am to old and spoiled to deal with shuttle services from Port Angeles to SeaTac. Â I dreaded my trips until I found Dawn at quality Town Car! Â Talk about service. Â No more do I need to wrestle with my luggage and lack of leg space. Â I can control my own time of leaving to the airport, but most of all, I can make as many pit stops as I need. The service was exceptional and made traveling to and from the airport very easy! The driver, Nuru, arrived at our home on time and was waiting for us at the vehicle. Though he had on a mask, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. The vehicle was clean inside and out, with small bottles of water placed in each door bottle holder. Besides the vehicle being clean inside and out, Nuru, according to my wife and daughter, dresses very nice. He was a cautious driver that obeyed all of the traffic laws making sure we arrived at the airport safely on time. Nuru was also the driver for a return trip home, which made us all feel very comfortable. Again, he arrived early and was waiting for us to exit the airport.We have several upcoming trips and we'll be booking again with Quality Town Car.Cheers! More...

Dawn and her team are amazing and make my traveling with family nice and easy. Â They even provide toddler car seat free of charge. Â This simplified our need of setting up the car seat and undoing it when arriving. Â Traveling with our 3 year old and sitting in traffic to Seatac were always a challenge and exhausting. Â If we choose to park in airport, the costs are high and it feels like a waste. Â Then if we call Lyft, i can never predict the type of car, driver, or car can fit the carseat and luggages. Â This is our first time contracting a car and driver besides car share. Â I would have to say, I wonder why i waited for this long. Â They picked us up on time both times and i just have to be outside and ready to go. Â Nice SUV with plenty of room for carseat and luggage and experience driver in Dawn and Nuru while dealing with idiot Seattle drivers. Â First time traveling that i feel nice and easy, and dont have the extra stress of traveling to and back airport. Â The cost is about the same or lower than the car share app with nice black car.
