Kyu did a three-generation family photo shoot for us last week and we absolutely loved his work!  Kyu is a family friend who  started photography as a hobby and turned professional.  He is very talented and it shows through in his portfolio.  Kyu's approach of blending family portraits with candid moments was exactly what we were looking for.  There were 10 of us, including 4 children, so we gave him quite a challenge.  However, the shoot yield absolutely beautiful shots!  We will definitely treasure them! Kyu was easy to work with, in setting up the shoot, the day of the shoot, and when he delivered the images.  He was very responsive over text and email.  We will definitely reach out to Kyu again for future photography! Amazing Wedding Photos!!!Kyu was able to capture our special day like a scene in a movie. All the pictures have great composition, colors and lighting. Kyu saved my wedding!I originally had another photographer booked through a friend. After paying hundreds of dollars for a test session with the first photographer, I was devastated. My husband looked fine, but I looked stiff, unnatural, all my "smiles" looked like I was cringing. I felt very uncomfortable and awkward through the entire session and the result showed just that. I decided to cancel the first photographer. I was frantically looking for a replacement photographer and Kyu was able to take us at the last minute!There was no awkward moment with Kyu. He made both of us feel very comfortable. I didn't feel self conscious at all. We love the light, color and composition of the pictures. And the most of all, both my husband and I look like we are relaxed and having fun.The pictures consist of perfect ratio of glamourous shots, silly shots, natural shots and heart warming moments.One of my friend who came to my wedding liked my pictures so much, she booked Kyu for her anniversary pictures.Let Kyu capture your special day for you. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Q Photography.We wanted to do something special to celebrate our 10th anniversary and the photo session we had with Kyu was quite the treat. We had divided our session into two, first getting pictures of just me and my husband then including our children for the second half. The whole session was effortless on our part. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Q PHTOGRAPHY!!!!! You have to understand that Kyu is not “just” a photographer. He truly is an incredible artist. He has a gift at documenting special moments from unique perspectives. He diligently uses light, shadow, reflections, and other elements to breathe life into every photo. I’ve never met a photographer who takes every single snap shot with his heart and soul. Kyu is definitely one of a kind! I’ve had the privileges of taking our family photo, pregnancy photo, and engagement photo with Kyu. He captured the happiest, most fun, perfect lights, and spectacular setting to make our photo session memorable. He is remarkably charming that he doesn’t make us feel like we are in a “photo session”. He made sure that we felt completely comfortable and we were just being ourselves having a good time. I have a little boy who is extremely camera shy. Most photographers had a tremendous difficult time taking photos of him (we ended up with many photos of his back or he was smiling extremely awkward). However, Kyu was able to capture the most natural and the happiest moments for him AND on top of that my little boy had a blast during the photo session with him. Q was our photographer for our daughter's dohl (1st birthday). He did an excellent job capturing unique moments and the overall event. Not only does he have a great eye, he was able to capture the story of our event in an artistic fashion through his photos. We spent a pretty penny on the decor and Q was able to beautifully capture all the aesthetic details in an elegant manner. All our photos looked fantastic! I first noticed Q's photography when he took one of our mutual friends engagement picture and I was SO impressed. He did an amazing job with our family portraits as well and until this day we continue to get compliments on our portraits. He was very easy to work with and accommodating.
