Our agency provides psychotherapy for teens and adults but our focus is older individuals and geriatric care management services. We also help those who have problems applying for insurances such as Medicaid and Medicare. In addition, our agency coordinates services for continuum of care and placement options in the community. If you are unable to come to our office we will be more than happy to come to your home. Our mission is to enhance your quality of life by developing your strengths in dealing with life's challenges in the following areas and more:
