I highly recommend Pure Love Pet Sitting; after having a terrible experience with a different local sitting agency, I was very cautious about leaving my fur babies in someone else’s care. But, Amanda was so kind and understanding of the situation. She sent someone out to meet us and our girls and that person spent a good amount of time getting to know the pups. We were away for a week, during that time we got multiple emails, texts and photos of our pups, and I felt very comfortable with the level of care they received. One of our girls is a little “extra grace required”, and often needs coaxing to go out and potty. The sitter went above and beyond to help her out comfortably. I usually do not leave reviews but I felt like I had to due to the exceptional service provided. I had to find a pet sitter at the last-minute for two cats. One of the cats is diabetic and also had to stay at the animal hospital overnight for an emergency medical issue just 2 days before I was supposed to leave overseas. When I found Pure Love Pet Sitting through an online search, not only did Amanda immediately respond, but she also took the time to answer all my concerns and questions. She paired me up with Katie, who came over to meet me and the cats and learn how to administer all the medication (insulin, eye drops, etc.). Katie was lovely and you can tell she genuinely cared for the animals. I loved how I received detailed updates with photos at each visit. I was completely at ease while overseas knowing that my cats were in great hands. When I got home, the cats were very relaxed and peaceful. I could tell that they had great care. Amanda was a delight to deal with, from start to finish! She took time for a "meet and greet" a few days before we were going out of town to meet our cat, see how to get access to our building and to find out where everything was located in our apartment. Having inherited a cat with medical issues was stressful enough, but needing to go away and leave him behind was even more so. I found Pure Love Pet Sitting by Googling and have been extremely happy with my decision to contact them. Amanda was very helpful in answering my numerous questions, as well as setting up my account and scheduling two somewhat last-minute care visits . And, Jennifer, who cared for my cat, is so sweet and absolutely amazing! On her initial getting-to-know-you visit, my kitty, who is afraid of his own shadow, took to her immediately. I knew at that point that I would not have to worry about him when I went away. She has cared for him on two separate occasions and each time she kept me well-informed and provided photos of him being fed and spoiled. In fact, he enjoyed Jennifer’s company so much the last time I went out of town that when I walked into the house on my return, he looked at me as if to say “Hey, where is that nice lady who likes to spoil me?” and then walked away. I wish I remembered to do this a while ago but I used Pure Love Petting Sitting Service as an emergency when I had to leave town to handle a personal matter. This service was not only excellent but they did much more such as provide me with feedback on how my cats were doing as well as other things such as getting my mail, tidying up things around my home, etc. I cannot emphasize strongly enough to recommend Pure Love Pet Sitting, they are a million times better than having to take your pets to a shelter, and best of all they are trustworthy. I loved my experience with Pure Love Pet Sitting! I have two fur babies and they both experience anxiety and are somewhat hesitant with strangers. The initial meet and greet really helped with that. Pure Love Pet Sitting is a highly motivated pet care company.I cannot recommend Amanda and Heather enough! I have been using Pure Love Pet sitting since the beginning of Sept 2018. My job requires me to travel every week, and it seemed impossible to accept the job before I got to know Amanda and Heather at Pure Love. They are extremely professional, and from our first meeting I felt at ease with having my two loves (both dogs), left in their care.

They have also understood that with travel, sometimes unexpected things happen, and have been flexible enough to cover extra visits when I have been delayed and also to cancel visits when I have been unable to get out of town.

They have gotten to know each dog's individual personality, and how they interact together. I get updates regularly, including photos. The little extras that they manage for me (getting mail and taking the trash down weekly) make my travel life so much easier. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
