This place is amazing for doggie daycare! Our dog goes twice a week and is always so exhausted and happy when we get home. They post a lot of videos on instagram so you can see your pups playing, and are always so friendly when you call to schedule or ask any questions. The new facility is also AMAZING! So much outdoor space for the dogs to play and I know our dog loves laying on the grass, rather than the concrete / hard floors at other places. Tara and the entire team at Pup Stars make our pup, Molly, feel like a part of the family! They went above and beyond in picking up Molly for boarding when we went into labor in the middle of the night with our first child, and we will be forever grateful knowing that our pup was safe and having fun with friends while we were at the hospital. Pupstars was a savior in taking care of our dog while my husband and I worked during the week. She is a very high energy dog and always came home tired! She is always so excited to get dropped off and you can tell they really care about the dogs. Seeing the cute photo albums during the day is always a perk :) the flexibility and availability of scheduling is amazing and they offer very reasonable boarding rates. Absolutely LOVE Pup Stars! We have two dogs - one of which needs monthly grooming. Our pup Riley absolutely loves it at Pupstars. They pick him up, drop him off and even do his grooming for us. He's a shy puppy who gets very defensive when strangers come in the house (even gets spooked when we get home from work! ), but that's not at all the case when Pupstars arrives! He starts running in circles, wagging his tail and couldn't be more excited to go with them for the day. The staff is super responsive over email and couldn't be more helpful, if need be. Best of all, Riley is great with other dogs now and we never have to worry about him approaching other pups or getting along well in parks, thanks to daycare. I was referred to Pup Stars by my cousin who could not say enough positive things about Tara and her crew. I took my young dog who was very shy and they were willing to give her a chance to learn and get comfortable. She now has fun when she goes and when I picked her up after boarding she looked happy. I was extra happy to find she had been given a bath and was sweet smelling too. Additionally the employees here seem to enjoy their job and the dogs. They are professional, responsive and my dog is excited to see them. Pup Stars location is not convenient to my home but they are worth using when I come to the city. We have been using Pupstars for about 6 months. We have used the daycare, grooming, and boarding services. The staff is super friendly and I know my pup, Gemma, is in good hands with them. I recently took my 10 month old pup to Pupstars for the first time and I was extremely satisfied with their service. I called early Friday morning for a last min grooming apt and they got us in same day within the hour of me calling. Everyone there was really nice and took the time to answer all my questions. The groomer assessed Bentley upon arrival and we discussed what we thought was best for hair cut styles. Bentley came out looking great and happy afterwards, he even got a Christmas ornament made by the staff with his name and paw print. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. More...

I started bringing my dog to doggie daycare here around a month ago and I couldn’t be happier. I have a younger energetic dog who was really struggling being alone all day. She goes 3x/week and is so much happier now that she gets to play all day in a safe, fun, and loving environment. I have been taking my dog, Shawn, to PuP Stars for 4 years now for day care and also for boarding when I go on vacation. They have always taken very good care of Shawn. Their facility is clean, and their staff is caring and professional. They are careful and proactive if they suspect a dog is sick, so theIr other dogs don't get sick. PupStars is by far the best investment we have made into our French Bulldog, Otis. We took him to puppy school and had dog walkers while he was little and then some of his friends from our building began raving about PupStars. We decided to send him a few days a week in the winter of 2016 and haven't looked back since! Tara and her team are all SO wonderful with the dogs. Otis RUNS to the door each time they come to pick him up and based on photos, videos, SnapChats and Instagram posts, you can tell that a good time is had by all each day! I love that Otis is exposed to so many different dogs of all shapes and sizes and that he has the opportunity to play inside and outside as much as possible. Thank you Ms.Tara and my Pup Stars friends for taking such good care of me. Not only do you make me look really cute when you groom me, but you are my home away from home when my human parents have to travel. I really enjoy my afternoon walks with Nick. Pup Stars is a wonderful home away from home for your best friend, you doggie. My dog Frida is so excited every day that she spends at Pup Stars. I cannot stay enough good things about Pupstars. Tara and her team treat our dog, Penny, like one of their own children. She is always excited for daycare. Everyone is incredibly friendly to both humans and dogs. Furthermore, they are incredibly reliable and responsive to all our (many) needs. Due to our busy work schedules, we often have to adjust our daycare schedules at the last minute, and it is never a problem with them. Last, the value for what you get with Pupstars is fantastic. We buy the 20-pack daycare for $560. Included in that rate are two free days AND free pick-up and drop-off in their shuttle. I am sure you will not find a better deal with any other local day-care.We tried other local Day-care options prior to our Pupstars experience, and no one came even close to the product, service, and overall quality of care provided by Tara and her team.
