I absolutely adore dogs!! (duh!) I form a bond with every special fur baby I interact with. I'm that guy every dog wags its tail at because I seem to find their favorite scritching spot fairly quickly! Here are some details around what to expect from my services as a pet sitter :)

(Please note - I have described other services besides pet sitting in the "services" section further below. If there is a service you can't find, please contact me and we can figure out a way to meet your needs)

* I live in a duplex townhouse with my wife and my best friend and dog Forrest who we adopted. We love dogs dearly. There's a huge lawn in front of the house, so your pet will be in dog heaven with personalized attention, while you're out of town. I can text pictures of my house on request, in case you want to see the area your dog will spend their time in
* I only host one *hypoallergenic* dog at a time, so my 1-1 attention and affection will try to mitigate their angst at being away from you. I shower them with a ton of love and it's never too much for dogs!
* I will share updates and pictures multiple times daily, based on how frequently you want them. Feel free to ping me when you miss them, I'll be glad to share some of their love with you!
* Please share details around feeding and walking times and frequencies for your baby to ensure minimal disruption from their usual routine. Every dog is special, so tell me everything you can!
* The longer they stay with me, the more comfortable they get. I always aim at making long term pawsitive connections, so that they feel like this is their second home, a familiar place. Returning friends are most welcome!
* I keep one dog at a time. I could consider making an exception for returning pets that I already know. I'll need prior notice. Before confirming, I'll check with the currently scheduled owner and ensure that they and their dog would be comfortable. The pet should be comfortable around other dogs in close quarters. No 2 big dogs under any circumstances and never more than 2 dogs, regardless of size. The first owner and/or I reserve the right to politely decline the second request, obviously :)

Optional -
* I can pick up and/or drop off your pet at your home for a nominal reimbursement of $0.5/mile. So it's based on distance. I have safety harnesses for dogs of all sizes to travel safely and comfortably in my car. I also have a doggy seat cover (aka hammock), so no shedder-shaming on my watch!


Lastly, I'm happy to meet your dog and you (within 10 miles of Queen Anne) before you confirm to ensure peace of mind about my dog-handling skills and to confirm to you that we will get along.


Feel free to call me and we can chat about any preferences your dog has and I'll ensure I make them feel super comfortable. Since I keep only one dog at a time, I can be very very flexible. You'll always get more than your money's worth - your dog's happiness!
