Chief Logan Kicks your butt in a good way. Always leave the building feeling energized & pumped for the day. Definitely seeing fast results within only a month of training. Enjoy taking the 5:45 am kickboxing classes. He will have you working muscles you never thought you had so be prepared & determined.
