Yes, we can communicate over the phone, video call/facetime, or email. I have a secured Client Portal where clients can upload their documents and send messages to us using their own passwords, so all documents are kept safe.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Clients would send documents via our client portal and communicate remotely with no physical contact.
