Follow up: I am pleased to inform you that Product Advance finished my website and posted it. It is functional and I like it and I will give them at least 4 stars for listening to their customers and then taking positive actionDr Rahman So far very disappointing service. Product Advance has not placed my website on internet in spite of the fact I gave them my login info. They are not answering to my email or phone. I will contact Federal Trade Commission, Consumers Affairs and other agencies if I don’t hear from them and they don’t resolve issue within two weeks. I hired them also unfortunately without checking Yelp and there has been more than a month and no update and no answer to my email. Today I left a message. If they don't respond, I will report to multiple agencies including BBB, FTC, consumer affairs and American Medical Association so that all USA doctors will be at alert. I also have an attorney in Florida. I really hope it does not come to that.
