Nickolas Rizzo was born and raised in Italy. He was trained in Fine Dining kitchens around the world and is fluent in Italian, French, and English. His attention to detail and love for food was passed onto him by his grandmother who he spent many days with in the kitchen growing up.

What do you love most about your job?
Meeting people from all different places and preparing a delicious meal for them to enjoy
What inspired you to start your own business?
It is the American dream to be here in the United States and start my own company. So many Europeans wish they could but it is very expensive and the taxes make it almost impossible.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have trained for so many years in fine dining atmospheres and now love to give the same experience in private clients homes

Cooking classes online has been an option in the past but definitely enjoy more in person interactions
