Let me begin by saying I never take the time to write reviews but Primoprint is so far & above the competition and made my experience so positive I just had to. My print project was quite large and complex, I wrote to several of the top printers and more obscure printers online and Primoprint was the ONLY one who took the time to read my email and reply with an understanding of what I was trying to do plus a quote (at a GREAT price).This alone made me choose to work with them but their amazing support team stayed with me every. single. step. They answered questions I had about payment, shipping, printing, design, proof approvals, everything! They always replied quickly and thoroughly. I never felt like I was being funneled through a support system, it always felt like they were trying to genuinely understand my project and help me.This all wouldnt mean much if the project was subpar but it turned out PERFECTLY. Every concern I had was put to rest and the final product, a massive 46 sets of unique printed cards were all beautiful, clear and of a consistent, high professional quality (which still blows my mind because the price was so good).I will be working with Primoprint again and again and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs prints :) More...

When I was having issues with converting a file format, the customer service representative walked me through the process and helped get my final design looking exactly how I expected it to.
