Erin Price is a spectacular trainer! I've been working with her for multiple years - since 2016. Not only is she knowledgeable about getting your body into shape but she is a great listener. She can adapt any workout to meet your personal needs. My time with her has been rewarding and empowering. I am the strongest I've ever been and exercising has become a fun hobby rather than a chore. Erin is a great trainer! I have a lot of experience working with trainers over the last 20 year and can attest to Erin being one of the best trainers. The most important note about Erin is her concern with form and constantly adjusting me. She examines and makes sure you are not going through the motions.

I started working out with Erin last year a couple times a week and saw a noticeable increase in my strength. Erin is always mixing it up and I never get bored. She keeps the work out going and doesn't waste a minute. I really appreciate that she reads up on the sport I participate in and puts together workouts so that I can improve in my sport (which I have).

Erin listened to what my goals were and helped me get there. She keeps pushing me and had me surprising myself without ever over doing it. She also came up with alternatives since I have a shoulder injury and always remembered.

If you're looking to just start working out and haven't worked out before and maybe feel overwhelmed, OR if you have worked out before and want to achieve some goals in a sport or in the gym (like I did), I highly recommend you give Erin a call. I promise you won't regret it.

Erin is the best! I started working with her one-on-one on a weekly basis last June and have learned so much about fitness and strength training since then. My fitness goal was to gain strength and maintain a overall healthier lifestyle for maintenance, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Erin does a great job of assessing what you're capable of and pushing you just enough to get a really good workout without overdoing it or hurting yourself, with a big focus on form and modifications for your individual needs. Erin also has a great personality and is very kind and encouraging, which was great for a newbie like me to gain confidence and feel more like I "belonged" at the gym. No more imposter syndrome here thanks to Erin's expertise and encouragement!

Between the challenging but fun weekly one-on-one sessions with Erin and following her personalized workout routines at the gym, after only a couple months I was feeling great, looking great, and had all but banished my chronic back issues due to muscle weakness without suffering any major flare-ups. My husband noticed how good things were going and decided he wanted a piece of the action too! We have been doing couple's sessions with Erin for about a year now and we are so happy to be undertaking this fitness journey together under Erin's supervision. Thanks for all you do Erin!

I’ve been working out with Erin for a couple of years now and I’m very satisfied. Since the COVID19 lock down started we’ve been doing virtual workouts. Erin mixes up the sessions and I’m getting a great workout. She listens and adjusts when my body is sore or just not feeling 100%. Erin pushes me to do things I wouldn’t normally try. I believe the secret to getting the body of your dreams is self monitoring and self compassion.

Self monitoring is important because it brings awareness and will keep you from "ignoring the problem" while self compassion will help you "let go" of being perfect. Failing is part of the journey and it's okay to fail, especially if you learn from your mistakes!

I love helping people get results and increase their quality of life without over exercising or crash dieting because that's no fun!

Going through my own personal struggles with diet and exercise has made me want to help others who are struggling as well. There is so much information out there and I understand how confusing it can be.

Also, I'm tired of companies promising a quick fix or crash diet when that is NOT the answer.
