Breakfast is great!! We typically get the hash and/or the breakfast sandwich and they are both really good (except when DoorDash doesn't have the side of toast). However, we have been twice for dinner and tried multiple things (burger, pork, chicken), but it is largely unimpressive. The hushpuppies as an appetizer are excellent and the star of a rather lackluster meal. More...

While we were in Arkansas visiting friends, they brought us to this adorable place for a late lunch. They still had their brunch menus available as it was Sunday at about 1 o'clock in the afternoon. We ordered off the lunch menu which between the two, gave a good variety of sweet and savory dishes along with some nice standard sandwiches and salads. Get the hush puppies is all I can say. Delish!!!!The large windows overlooking the charming square in Bentonville (where the first WalMart 5 and 10 is) provided a charming and bright ambience. We had several delicious appetizers followed by one of the best crispy chicken sandwiches I've ever had. I also enjoyed a cappuccino and was impressed with the coffee situation. Don't miss this place for a casual bite if you're in the area! More...

I had a lovely dinner at the Pressroom recently! We enjoyed the Burrata appetizer, Pork Steak and NY strip. Everything was wonderful. The pork steak had a really interesting balance of savory, rich and tart flavors, very good! The NY strip was cooked to perfection and tender too. The patio is dog friendly, which was fine by us, but be advised if you wish to dine without furry friends. More...

We ate here per the recommendation of our host (Michael) at The Victoria B&B, where we had a wonderful stay!We arrived at happy hour, and so I decided to order a glass of the Cavazza Pinot Grigio, and my husband ordered the Rotation Rosé. Both were superb. We also ordered the stuffed mushrooms, which were amazing! They were seasoned perfectly and stuffed with shallots, cremini mushroom, garlic, butter, and herbed bread crumbs. We split a simple salad (which was certainly enough for two) and were quite pleased with the quality of the greens and the vegetables (green mix, radishes, croutons, pickled onions, tomatoes, roasted sunflower seeds, sherry vinaigrette). My husband ordered the pork steak, and was extremely pleased with the way it was prepared and with the quality. It was more like a thick pork filet than what one typically thinks of a pork steak (that you throw on the grill). It was accompanied by braised navy beans, grilled red onion, marinated sweet peppers, arugula, lemon, and cured egg yolk.I ordered the trout and it did not disappoint. It was perfectly seasoned and included grilled zucchini, cucumber, black olives, chickpea puree, lemon garlic sauce, and lavash crackers. The next time we are in Bentonville, this will be our to-go restaurant for dinner! One of my favorites in Bentonville. The Mezcaloni is awesome if you're a mezcal fan. Otherwise, the beer and wine selection is solid (there are other cocktails too but I can't get past the mezcaloni). Food highlights include the salmon dip, burger, burrata and tomato, and steak tartare toasts. I've had two vegetarian entrees here that have just needed a little help from salt and pepper, then they were very good. Got the duck once and it was good but a very small portion for the cost. The crispy chicken sandwich was so delicious!! I'm usually not a fan of slaw, but the kale slaw was so delicious, a perfect touch to the meal. The fries were nice and crispy. My sister had the beer braised brisket sandwich and loved it! My aunt had the Grinder and the loaded potato soup special and loved it. It was the perfect texture for a summertime soup. More...

We were in Bentonville last month visiting family. On one of the days my husband & I went to the Pressroom for breakfast- it was delicious! He had the street tacos & said they were great, we're from San Diego & visit Mexico often, so we KNOW our street tacos! I had the avocado toast & now that's all I crave! if I could get the recipe, I would eat it every day! My coffee was probably the smoothest, & creamiest code I've ever had. More...

This was my first time at Pressroom after strong recommendations from friends.Next to Onyx, this gastropub was conveniently located and easy to find. I'm traveling for work so I popped in at the bar. My bartender (whose name escapes me now) was bubbly and excited to be there! She told me that day was National Happiness Day, and as I was having a pretty rough day prior, this made my day. I ordered the 1/2 and 1/2 - I did half of the crispy chicken and a tomato soup. The tomato soup is perfect for the more healthy-conscious, not loaded with cream but more of a light and easy lunch option. I could talk about the crispy chicken all day- with a green tomato and kale slaw, I literally am salivating even talking about it. Overall, the food and service was incredible and I will absolutely be back the next time I'm in Bentonville More...

Bentonville Square, casual atmosphere, friendly dinner service and tasty foods - from apps, entrees to desserts! Excluding drinks, expect to spend ~$25pp if sharing an app and ordering a main entree. Full bar, nice and interesting menu selections, farm to table fresh!Group started with Glazed Chicken Wings and the Beef Tartare toast. Wings were crispy skinned outside with tender and juicy meat, flavorful garlic sauce (I liked they were different vs. buffalo style). Tartare was tender beef atop crispy sourdough with a creamy aioli with horseradish and capers - very good. Enjoyed both apps which were good sharing portions. For entree, I ordered the Seared Idaho Trout with broccolini and golden potatoes. Fish was nicely seared, tasty and mild; but not as moist (bit dry) as I thought could've had a little more butter and almond sauce. Veggies were fresh. As a side, had to try an order of their frites ... freshly cut, salted overnight and fried to perfection - as a die-hard fries guy, these are definitely recommended!!Friends ordered the Half Grilled Chicken and Chicken sandwich, both looked great. Finally topped it off with sharing a Baked Apple Tart and Chocolate Brownie Sundae to satisfy the sweet crave. Ice cream was locally made for both, but my vote was for the freshly warmed tart slice with scoop of vanilla - however both were winners! Enjoy!! More...

Pressroom has always been one of my favorites. They recently updated their menu with some fantastic dinner items. We started with stuffed mushrooms, mussels and the steak tartare toast. All delicious - the mushrooms were my favorite and my husband loved the tartare. For entrées, (I cannot remember the names of the dishes) but we had the beet pasta - the pasta was also made with beets and it was delicious and vegetarian. We enjoyed the pork sausage with Kraut and roast potatoes - the kraut was amazing and the whole dish had great flavor. We also sampled the ribeye with sautéed mushrooms. While I am a filet girl, the ribeye was tender and flavorful and the mushrooms were yum! We rounded out the meal with apple cider sorbet from Pure Joy ice cream. It tasted like a dish of apple pie with ice cream. And let's not forget Zack -our waiter - Great service! More...

We went for a little dinner nibble because we were still somewhat full from lunch. We got 2 appetizers and were pleasantly surprised when they arrived at the table. Shrimp cocktail - let me tell you, do not expect the typical dish. Yes it had saltines and cocktail sauce (with a decent amount of horseradish), but the shrimp, oh that shrimp! It comes in a sealed, flip top jar and numerous shrimp were stuffed within. Those shrimp had been marinated and the combinations of flavors were wonderful! We also ordered the Naan bread. I new it was house made, but I truly thought it would just be the flat dough that was maybe grilled...NOPE! It comes piping hot in a little cast iron skillet. At first glance you think they've given you cornbread by mistake. On top is a herb butter. It is pungent, but do not turn that nose up; just go ahead and smear it all on top. That Naan has shallots, garlic & with the butter it makes a divine dish. Thick, crispy outside, and the inside had the perfect chew. For two people that weren't that hungry, we scarfed it and wanted more of both dishes.I've got to say they make a great Old Fashion. The server we had was so sweet and attentive. This is definitely a place I want to visit again. More...
