I work with victims of sexual trauma to unravel the residual effects of abuse and move beyond survival.
After doing the hard work moving from dysfunctional to functional, we often find ourselves frustratingly stuck in certain areas. Unfortunately, the reality of sexual trauma is that residual effects can be lifelong, but with the right tools it can be well-managed and no longer the central focus of our lives.

What do you love most about your job?
Working with people to help them realize that "a-ha" moment they didn't know was inside them is exciting and rewarding. In every session there is a switch - a moment of pure realization regarding the problem they brought to the session. That's one of the great things about coaching; we focus on clear steps to get you to your outcome.
Why should our clients choose you?
I speak this language, as a survivor myself. There is nothing more powerful than survivors coaching survivors.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
My services are online or on the phone - your preference. I find many people open up on the phone in ways they don't in an online session but we can do either.
