I've used Preferred several times and it's always impeccable service. Recently my wife and I need transportation to BWI airport. Booked Preferred and this time we opted for the SUV as BWI is a long trip from Philadelphia. Our chauffeur, Les was on time and in a spotless SUV equipped with directv! Who knew! While we were gathering our last minute items for our trip, Les loaded our luggage and had everything ready to go by the time we were locking our door. Professionalism at its finest. As we made ourselves comfortable in the suv Les already had the TV fired up and ready to go. The ride was comfortable and with the TV it seemed like the trip to BWI took no time at all. Upon arrival, Les took our bags out and wished us safe travels. I was so impressed with the SUV and our chauffeur that while waiting to board our plane, I called Preferred to express my gratitude for a great trip and I also requested Les be our chauffeur for our return trip. I was reassured they would do all they could to accommodate my request. After a long flight, I was pleasantly surprised to see Les waiting for us when we arrived. We have been using Preferred Car and Limousine even before Tim formed his company and he took over his retiring father's car service. He started out small and has grown quite a bit over the years. But whether he had one car or the whole fleet he currently has...the customer always comes first. Every professional driver is courteous, friendly and always shows up before they're scheduled to be there. They load your luggage before you leave the house and always have your door open and a willing hand into and out of the car. They get you where you need to be as quickly as possible in a vehicle that is clean and comfortable and usually with a satellite TV to make your trip fly by. We hired Preferred Car & Limo Services to transport myself and other familiy members to our wedding venue on July 9th, 2016.

I didn't decide that I wanted a limo until a little over a week until the big day. Needless to say, I was scrambling a bit to find a service that would take myself and seven other ladies to the wedding venue. I requested a few different quotes from companies that I found on the internet, but Preferred Car & Limousine came back with the best one.

From the first interaction, Tim was very professional and really wanted to help me out. He gave me a reduced fare price since it was a one way dropoff and included the gratuity for the driver in the quote (one less thing for me to worry about that day). When I contacted him 2 days before the wedding to let him know that I had heard of a concert in the general area of the wedding venue, he offered to send the limo earlier for us so that we wouldn't have to worry about the traffic at no additional charge.

When the driver arrived, he parked in front of our house and escorted all of my family and myself into the limo with an umbrella (it had just started to sprinkle). He explained that he would put up the privacy partition but we could ask him for anything that we might need. I feel badly that I don't remember his name because he was very nice and extremely professional.

The limo was clean and well stocked - I had a water, but no one else tried anything.

I am so grateful for the service that Preferred Car & Limousine provided for our big day - definitely look them up if you need a limo! More...
