How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I only work with a select number of clientele. I’m not the average trainer that looks to have an unlimited number of clients because I believe that interferes with me personalizing all programs to each individual client. Nothing is cookie cutter with me. I only look to work with clients that want to work hard and achieve real long term results. This business requires trainers to customize everything in order for our clients to create a healthy lifestyle.

There is no secret. Proper diet and training is the key.
What do you love most about your job?
I have a huge success rate with my clients. There is a huge satisfaction I get from changing someone’s life. If they’re not successful then I am not either.
