My brother, who is a big Yelp fan, found Bryan Gomez on Yelp! Bryan had stellar reviews, and because of that, we hired Bryan to work with our 89yr old mother. Bryan is great. He does physiotherapy for both my parents who have knee/back and other issues. He did a custom regimen for each and is very empathetic. He comes twice a week and I have seen a marked improvement with both my parents flexibility and strength. They look forward to his sessions every week. Highly recommend him More...

Bryan is truly an excellent trainer. I worked out with him once a week for a couple years until I recently moved to the LA area. I had never worked with kettlebells and I'm hooked. I gained strength despite sometimes not doing any other strength work during the week (and sometimes not much else at all) and Bryan always knew what I was capable of, even if I wasn't sure.  I worked out for years and never was able to do a pull-up unassisted, let alone several.  He has deep knowledge of anatomy and would adjust the workout if I had an injury, sore back, tight neck, etc. Besides being a great trainer, Bryan is a great guy. Fun to talk to, fun to hang out with. I always looked forward to my workout!  I would recommend Bryan without hesitation. More...

My back was hurting so much that I couldn't pick up my toddler at all. Bryan assessed the situation and fixed it within weeks! I've been training with him for over a year now and even though my back is fine, I still need to maintain its strength as my daughter just gets heavier! I had limited experience with Kettle Bells before this, but now I appreciate how a certified instructor can make such a difference with training. Bryan is an amazing trainer! He is personable, effective, and sensitive to each person's fitness needs. My sister and I started working with him this year and within 10 sessions, we saw impressive improvement in our physical strength. BRYAN IS THE BEST TRAINER. I started training with Bryan after reading his great reviews on Yelp. Because his location was convenient and his pricing was reasonable for a personal trainer, I signed up and immediately began to see results after the first few sessions.  I was hesitant about training because growing up I always hated going to the gym (and doing anything that's considered "physically active"). I've gone to gyms on and off for more times than I could count, however, I always end up quitting due to these reasons: 1) I don't feel comfortable in a crowded gym setting, with men pumping iron and checking their reflections in the mirror 2) I lack the motivation necessary to workout on my own and 3) I need extra guidance on movements which bigger classes/gyms cannot offer. This is where Bryan comes in- he is fun to work out with, fun to talk to, and overall an incredibly nice and pleasant person to be around. I feel like I am learning something new from him every session and he keeps them fresh. In comparison to classes offered at the gym, I don't get bored and at the same time, I know that I am being pushed physicially to a new level bit by bit. I would strongly recommend Bryan to anyone who is considering improving his/her overall strength and wellbeing. More...

I found Bryan when I was looking for someone to who focused on KB work  - as a few years  ago I moved away from the whole gym/machine thing to more functional movement.  I couldn't find anyone here in the upper Peninsula -everyone was further South or the City.Then I found Bryan was down the street from me. I have worked with him as both a private client and as a member of his boot camps. I have never met a trainer more knowledgable about functional movement, the body, or Kettlebells. You feel progress and he will push you - but its not like you can't walk the next day..and you still see results! The routines are always designed to use what you need to each session - which is why you get results so quickly with him. More...

My fiancee and I came to Bryan after not working out for a number of years. We literally knew nothing and were in terrible shape. He was respectful of our less than ideal starting physiques and brought us along at a pace that was both comfortable and challenging. Since he did not push too hard early on, we were able to maintain our appointments and stick with the program. I also have a chronically bad lower back and Bryan goes out of his way to accommodate me on the days in which I have pain. I would recommend him to anyone. I have never felt better than I do now and both me and my fiancee could not be happier. While any personal trainer is not cheap, we feel supremely confident that our money is being spent properly with Bryan and we are seeing the results every day! I love Bryan and Nikki!I have never worked out regularly in my life and prefer drinking wine and eating ice-cream over working out.  That being said if someone can get my lazy butt off the couch then they deserve a huge award.I have worked on and off with Bryan and Nikki for the past couple years and loved the fun approach they brought to these workouts.  Your body might hate you the next day but it does feel good to have your family friends say you look great!Bryan is one of the most dedicated people I have met in the nutrition and fitness industry and fine tunes all workouts to everyone's level!  You will not be disappointed. I'm your typical on-again/off-again exerciser.  I get excited about a new Bikram yoga class, Zumba, P90x, hiking, biking, [fill in any exercise here, because I've probably tried it]. ..I buy all the gear...sign up for the pricey memberships...and a month later I'm over it.  But I've been working with Bryan for months now, and I can confidently say I'll not only be sticking with him, but I'm also trying to figure out ways I can fit more sessions in!He has been able to customize my workouts better than any other instructor or trainer that I've ever worked with.  He understands that every day might be completely different from the day before - my motivation level, my strength, my balance, my mood, and my goals - and makes adjustments accordingly.  He is patient, extremely knowledgeable, and very flexible - great instructor for someone like me (and a lot of the people I know) who has a different attitude about and outlook on fitness every day. I have used Bryan as a personal trainer for over a year. He is up to date on the lastest training methods like Kettlebell and is extremely knowledgeable about the human anatomy. He customizes the workout to fit your personal needs and he challenges you to progress  to your highest level. He makes the routines all inclusive,not complicated, and within your time constraints.He is always on time and his follow up is great. I highly recommend him as a fitness instructor. More...

I have been training with Bryan for 2 years now. I started 6 months after the birth of my son and  throughout my 2nd pregnancy. I must disclose that I am not a fitness fan and had almost no work out experience before I realized at 33 and after a baby that I needed to take better care of my body and help doing so. From the start, Bryan personnalized our sessions so I would always feel empowered and motivated to get to the next level. His work out is never repetitive and his technique is based on a lot of balanced work so you work on your abs (your "core") without ever realizing it - a big plus to recover after a pregnancy. By the time I was pregnant with baby #2, I was 10 lbs lighter than before my first pregnancy, with much better muscle tone and endurance.I was so happy that when I became pregant again, I relied on him to train me through it (almost all the way till the end). My goals were to preserve my back, ease labor, give me energy and help sustain my fitness condition so it wouldn't be too hard to loose the baby weight. Bryan exceeded my expectations on all of the above. In particular I credit him completely for not having any back pain at all throughout the pregnancy even though I was still carrying my 2 year old around constantly. Each session was different from the last one, focussing on how I was feeling at the moment. Bryan is a great trainer because he is a very good listener, but he is also a great guy to chitchat with and has a great sense of humor! I would recommend him to anybody. More...

Bryan is a top-notch fitness trainer. I've worked with him for 2-1/2 years, and could not ask for more in terms of motivation, commitment, knowledge, and skill. He's attentive to my individual needs and abilities, attuned to proper form, and excels at drawing out my best efforts. My workouts are challenging, effective, and anything but dull! Now I'm participating in the Precision Fitness kettlebell boot camp and I love it! It's an incredible workout; my cardio endurance has grown exponentially, and I'm rapidly gaining strength and muscle tone. I strongly recommend both boot camp and Bryan. More...

I'm very glad to have come across Bryan.  His training methods are unique - not the standard arm curls or squats - which make the workouts fun and challenging.  Bryan easily customized and adjusted my fitness program to achieve specific goals that I've set, from long distance cycling events to ski season preparation.  He incorporates many different tools and techniques: his kettlebell classes are absolutely awesome.  I'd highly recommend working with Bryan to achieve your fitness goals. Bryan is a very knowledgeable and dedicated trainer.  Both my husband and I had weekly personal training sessions with him for almost a year until we moved out of the area.  His knowledge of anatomy and kinestiology is excellent and so he is able to personalize your session to meet your goals.  He is very encouraging, tough when he needs to be, and has many tricks up his sleeve to keep those workouts varied, challenging, and fun.  I liked working out with Bryan, and I learned a lot about efficient working out from him. Bryon is an amazing trainer! I am currently participating in his kettle bell bootcamp and am already feeling the difference in my body in less than 2 weeks. He makes the extra effort to make sure you are learning the moves the right way (posture, form, using your core, etc.).
