While having Josh as my personal trainer currently he is very motivating and encouraging he pushes me to my top tier has shown me and explained on what foods are good and beneficial for my body and foods that can harm my body or slow down my goal and process I do encourage anybody that’s looking to make change and difference in one’s life especially fitness and nutrition wise should definitely look into him I highly doubt that you would regret it

Walking in you get an exciting and old school grit feeling. This isn't like your typical mainstream gyms and I love it for that, it's power lifting! I wanted something different, so I started going and got a trainer too. I thought I knew how to lift and train already because I was a college athlete, but Josh pushed me and I leveled up. He's technical and he has the information to back it up. You can tell he cares and loves what he does too. Need a detailed work out regime? I guide clients through workouts, while educating the purpose of the workout, and how our bodies work during exercise. I also guide my clients in nutrition, because a good diet is key to reach goals easily. Workout programs are included, measurements and weigh ins every month.

To work hard and never give up!! Staying consistent, driven, focused, and determined and you will crush any goal in your way, not just in the gym! There are no secrets!

I get to see all the great things the human body can physically do and see the progress that comes with it. I love seeing the smallest results that my clients make and supporting them to the fullest to keep it going!!

I want to help people realize the potential of greatness that have with their body. I want to also be able to help those who want to feel better about themselves, reach a goal, or just have better health. I Believe if we lived in a healthier more active society, everyone would be a lot happier, and maybe the world wouldn’t be so crazy. Being physically active not only improves our bodies, but our mental health as well.

I truly care for my clients by giving them a true personal experience. I am a personal trainer. I listen to my clients and understand them in how they want to reach their goals. I am open to any challenge that comes my way to get my clients to their goals and to where they will also enjoy it!

I can provide services online, although I do prefer in person training. With online training it would be one monthly payment with a workout program customized for you, with diet support, and workout guidance; such as workout videos, workout tips to fully get the most out of your workouts, and support anytime.

Our facility is always clean, with machines being cleaned after every use. The gym is a smaller private gym that usually never has more than 10 people in there.
