Chef Moniqua is amazing! I am autistic and trying to be healthy. Meal prep was so difficult for me, Chef to the rescue. Been getting my meals from her for over a month now. Ontop of her food tasting wonderful. She spent an hour on the phone with me asking what I liked and didn’t. My good textures and my no-no textures. I don’t like a lot of veggies so she spent time making suggestions, I have added three veggies to my pallet! My signature dish is Succulent Duck Breast, Fluffy Mashed Potatoes and Oven Roasted Asparagus
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I schedule a phone consultation to discuss their likes and dislikes and customize a menu for them.
What do you love most about your job?
I love engaging with clients when I am preparing an intimate dinner and meal prep for them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love cooking delicious food and meals. I also love the joy my food brings to others.

Clients should choose me because I offer a personal touch, attention to detail and I’m very personable.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I make sure that I am constantly cleaning and sanitizing and I go and I follow any/all guidelines as instructed by the CDC as well as what the client feels comfortable with.
