My daughter has been going to Portside After school program for three years and we absolutely love it, we have attended the Summer camp as well. Its a great resource for the community, they pick up the kids from school, take field trips, & my daughter has learned a great deal here. Portside is an incredible place for kids to go for after school programming. My son has been going for two years and really has thrived here. Their pickup at the local elementary schools makes it a hassle free after school transition. They do tons of art projects and have time to do their homework as well. The teachers and leaders are super caring and devote individual attention to all the kids. My daughter is looking forward to joining my son next year!Only thing I wish is they would spend a little more time outside to burn off energy when it's nice out. More...

We had our daughter's 4th birthday party here this past weekend and it was such a happy and fun event in a special space. Everyone had a great time . Absolutely adored the abstract watercolors art class that I took on Friday night with my mom. This was my first time to Portside Art Studio and I can say with 100% certainty that I will be back! The instructor Jamie was positive, attentive, and took a genuine interest in each student's bold attempt in creating art from watercolors. She replenished our supplies and adapted to the overall pace with which the class learned. I did not want to leave by the time class had ended! I hope Portside continues to evolve and flourish in a neighborhood that so desperately needs a creative outlet for the youth & young adults. More...

LOVE IT LOVE IT!! My grandson does the summer camp here and he loves it. It is sooo refreeshing to have a summer camp where their creative abilities are nurtured. And where he is not just "babysat" and left to just veg out. They are structured and interesting and fun. They go on trips and they are also NON PROFIT!! The staff there are wonderful and accomodating. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! More...
