I found Katharine to be very knowledgeable about the MRT process and the test. I went to her after several years of having bad stomach issues. I had been told to eat a gluten free diet and yet I will still having issues. After taking the MRT and learning about the foods that I was sensitive too, Katharine and I were able to set up a diet that would work for me. I am almost through the program and I feel a lot better about what I am eating. I would highly recommend Katharine and the MRT test to anybody that is having food issues and does not know what they cause could be. I know that as long as I follow the diet I feel really good. She is very easy to work with and gave me a lot of recommendations about what I could do for my health. More...
