I have a high level of quality expectations in the real estate services I seek. My rentals are some of the best in their class in terms of finish & pricing and my clientele expects professional presentations without any of the marketing fluff that so many videos contain.
Dave met all my expectations. He was punctual, paid attention to detail, and had a warm personality that was pleasant to work with. He was never racing the clock and did take his time to re-take shots if the result didn't turn out the way he expected it. He was a very good listener who took my likes and dislikes into account at every step.
I have a relatively small portfolio so cost was a big concern. However the combo package of photos & video was surprisingly reasonable and well worth it. He does a remarkable job of editing, adding music and overlaying the videos with descriptive captions. The end result is a product that many of my prospective tenants mention as a key factor for calling me up.
I can highly recommend Dave for his great personality, professional results, and very reasonable fees.

What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to take photos for the owner, realtor, builder or architect and exceed their expectations with every aspect of professionalism and quality that they had hoped for.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The creative aspect was appealing. I have been a full time photographer for 15 years. My brother is doing real estate photography with very good results. We share techniques that work.
Why should our clients choose you?
Real estate photography at its finest. At this time I do not offer video or drone photography. Passed background check through Thumbtack.
I have 15 years experience being a full time photographer, and have the equipment and knowledge to create great looking real estate photos. Real estate photography takes a certain set of skills, and so does the post processing of the photos. I am available within a large distance around the Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington area.
Staging the home (if needed) or slightly arranging furniture and removing clutter to get great photos. Interacting with homeowners and clients and transferring the confidence that I have in myself to make the client feel confident about the end result. Satisfying client needs gives me the sense of accomplishment after a successful photo shoot.
