Covid Lockdown gave us plenty of time to consider what was really important. Good Food, good people, and our health. Mother's day was rolling around and we (grandmother's only child 65, four grandkids that were all essential works, and 1 great grandchild) wanted to safely gather around our 86 year grandmother.
I contacted Chef Anser and requested a quote for 6 after discussing meal options. Paid, then told him to use as much freedom to create anything within the options we agreed upon. We decided to use mom's fancy plates and cutlery but Anser also has plating and services available as well. Items were delivered perfectly hot and on time.
Pesto rice, baked mac and cheese, collard green (vegetarian and full of seasoning), whole fried snapper, pikliz with red cabbage (that worked beautiful for our Pink Mother's Day Theme), tender chicken drumsticks (for GM that doesn't like seafood), and vegetarian drum sticks that made the meat eaters want to try.
We snapped pictures and video for IG, FB, and whatapps and then put our phones away to enjoy a great dinner. LOVED this experience and highly recommend.
