I paid over $250 to PlantShed to send my girlfriend flowers and some truffles (accompanied by a Valentine's Day card). Firstly, two of the flowers arrived completely cut off from their stems. Secondly, the package arrived full of water and the bag of truffles was completely swimming in it. And thirdly, no card was delivered with the package. Given the price, I found this delivery service unacceptable. I would advise to do yourself a favour and not use this delivery service in the future. More...

The order arrived at the end of the delivery window on the correct day. However, the delivery window was 9am to 5pm which seems excessive. I ordered a wreath, garland, two white poinsettias and two red poinsettias. The wreath was beautiful, very fresh and fragrant. The cedar garland was gorgeous and full, and a good price for the quality and quantity (12 feet). Unfortunately, while the white poinsettias were fresh and in great shape, the red ones were not on par. Both had some shriveled leaves and petals, and looked as though they’d been neglected.
