This company does what they say they’ll do. They called ahead and arrived on time. The rep was professional, knowledgeable and honest. He provided several options to a worse situation than I realized prior to his arrival. What we thought was only a belt replacement turned out to be more involved. So grateful I didn’t attempt to replace the belt myself and try to make that fix last. The door was out of alignment, splitting and the spring was inadequate and not designed for the size of door it’s on. I was very happy when the repairman, Josh, came at my earliest convenience and diagnosed the problem and I agreed that needed a new opener.
