Planet earth are absolutely wonderful. They took my old kitchen and made it beautiful. It started with taking a door out and enclosing it to make room for new countertops and more storage. Joseph was the first person to contact me after I put in a request for a roofer. He came out today, measured my roof and gave me a quote. Although it was higher than I hoped it would be, he told me that he works with a loan company that could help me out. That was MUCH appreciated, and if I chose Joseph, that will be the way I will need to go. He was professional, did not push me, I really do not like folks who do that, thanks Joseph. He also smelled good!!

I have a few more companies who will be coming out and give me quotes. However, I have a feeling I will be using Joseph's services. More...

Very poor services from Joseph hardar. Very rude in his behavior and no professionalism whatsoever.

I brought a house with ADU addition that was not permitted. I wanted to stay local so went with planet Earth remodeling. Joseph came measured the ADU and gave a quote. Remember the ADU was completely built and no further adjustments/modifications were needed. All he had to do was draw the plans and get it permitted. The problems started right after signing the contract. He came again and then did measurements with his people and said no the first time he came he did not notice it was a little more than 500 sq ft so he needs more money (1000 plus more) I agreed thinking that it will be the last. I told him I wanted a fixed price quote including all the expenses and no changes in the middle. After paying him the deposit I was totally caught then he came and asked for additional money for the city and said he will charge $150 for each visit. I said if you do the plans properly what are you visiting again and again. He got mad and stared yelling at me on the phone saying no one gives a quote like me, I’m the cheapest and I’m not making any money out of this(he made more than 7K) . Since I was half way in I agreed to pay for the additional charges which came to more than $2000. Finally after getting the plan approved he intentionally delayed delivery the hard copy to me for more than a month(his architect informed me that it was approved not him) No he was not sick with anything. When he delivered the approved plan he intentionally missed to add the water heater on the plan after telling him a million times it was missing in the draft. His response was you can get it added over the counter with the city. No professionalism at all. Then why did I pay you for this. Well lesson learned do not go with a contractor who only has all positive reviews on google or yelp because most of it is just fake or family and friends. Hope this helps out at least one person who is reading it.

Mr. Sandeep kuzhyil Without my help on your Architectural plans, you would have spent an additional 60k on average for reframe all the exterior walls using 2” by 6” and other related expenses. you Should know how lucky you are to have me on board. That is why clients come to me and are willing to pay normally $12,000 for a blueprint (but you paid much less than that). In regards to the tankless heater notes on your review, it is better off not to show on the blueprint because it will be easier for the plumber to determine in real time which area will be ideal location rather than a set location that you will be obligated to have if shown on your plans. Your complaint is for something I did for your own benefit so it makes no sense and if you do not understand the reason just simply ask me. Honestly you don’t deserve it because you don’t appreciate it. that’s why I never gave you any bid on the work itself despite your request, there’s no way I’m going to work with someone like you, that’s looking to take advantage of hard working talented professionals. The day I came to you and ask you for an additional $1000 was simply based on the increase of the square feet from the initial one we have agreed on and you had a chance at that time to refuse and we would’ve walked each one to his own way and you could find someone else to take advantage of, but you chose to move forward for a good reason as you knew it’s a bargain deal whatsoever. Actually, as you already know I had no reason to force you into working relationship between us as I provide these services to you with my wholesale cost and without doing any single cent of profit on you, this was provided as a curtsy service to build a relationship for the future potential construction work on the project. I was amazed and disturbed when you assumed I will pay out of my pocket for the city fees, those fees are as its named are for the city and I have no control neither any profit for the related fees. 🤔 To make things even worst, you went behind my back and tried to contact the architect to work with him directly hoping you can get a better deal by bypass me and maybe you where planning on taking my workers too? shame on you! In regards to your claim that I intently delayed Blueprints delivery this is totally inaccurate and the fact is that the Architect had to apply some revisions to the framing details for the simple reason of helping you to lower the overall budget cost and save you thousands of dollars! And you instead of appreciating our efforts, you tried to work to your benefits you came with new complains, this is just not acceptable! Unfortunately, the only time you will really be appreciative of my hard work on your project will be when you going to hire your next contractor and I can ensure your going to miss my honesty and professional work with outstanding end delivered desirable results. And for all those who read that, this case is A perfect example of 100% successful job well done and by result is minimum structural changes that save $$$$$ made on illegal structural that has been modified 30 years ago without a permit 480 Sf and have been built illegally or need corrections , with our process and our skilled architects and planners will save you thousands of dollars of planning and budgeting
