I usually would not post a review however this has been the second and last time I will patronize this location. I placed an order for a pastry item via the app. I walked in stood at the assigned area for mobile order pickup. The associate working the window locked eyes with me briefly but continued on with servicing other customers. The young lady servicing the front counter area never spoke a word to however quickly greeted and assisted customers who walked in after and took their orders. I continued to wait. After seeing three employees staring and shuffling receipts I said excuse me I have mobile order, currently sitting on the counter among the receipts you are looking over. This wouldn’t be a problem however this is a repeated issue when attempting to patronize. If there is no designated staff to process mobile orders at least out of courtesy acknowledge a customer standing merely feet from you. More...

The girl taking our order was rude.. They forgot our blueberry muffin (first item ordered), then looked at me like I had a horn growing out of my head when I asked about it. .
