I booked these ladies through Groupon and even though they were 30 min late, they more than made up for it in the cleaning. They did a GREAT job! My home is very clean and sparkling! They were also delightfully friendly and even asked that I look over the place before they left to ensure I was happy.I had a few scheduling hiccups getting the appt set but the owner, Karina, was easy to work with and so responsive. I had a great experience with Pixie Dust. Lily and Olga were both lovely people and skilled cleaners. They worked fast and furiously, catching every detail. From the baseboards to the ceiling fan and everything in between, they left the place sparkling. The service was easy to schedule and with a quick emailed invoice I was able to pay right away. One note that I missed is that you can add a tip when you pay the invoice. Luckily I had cash on hand for the tip, but that's nice to know for the future. We had Pixie Dust cleaning services over last December to clean our two-bedroom apartment which needed a deep clean before we had a guest come stay with us for Christmas. We've had a lot of cleaners over to our apartment in the past and I can honestly say that Pixie Dust did the best job out of all of them! They cleaned the ceilings, the top of our kitchen ceiling fan, dusted every little thing, scrubbed our bathroom, I could go on and on. What inspired you to start your own business?
I started working at a cleaning service business. I did not like how the owner treated me or the other girls. I also did not like the lack of training the owner would give the new people. The constant " I would do it this way, if this was my business." Is what led me to start Pixie Dust Cleaning Services
Why should our clients choose you?
I started my business based off of honesty. I did not want to over charge customers and also did not want to under-pay cleaners. By doing that I have a training program for all new cleaners coming on board. They are supplied with cleaning kits and taught discretion. When choosing Pixie Dust Cleaning you will receive services from experienced cleaners.
Standard Cleaning
Cleaning that is usually done twice or once a month to maintain home.
Deep Cleaning
Deep cleaning which is every 6 months to a year. It's often to maintain a level of cleanliness around the house.
Deep cleaning is different from regular or spring cleaning because it reaches the deep grime and dirt in your home.
It covers areas which aren’t traditionally covered by a regular or spring clean for example:
behind kitchen appliances like the washing machine and oven, cutting through the grime that builds up
under the sink
inside the oven including the oven door glass
inside of window frames and patio doors
inside and outside of all windows – read our vinegar window cleaning tip
washing all blinds
full and deep dusting including all the all the corners of rooms for cobwebs
scale removal from all bathroom tiles, kitchen tiles, taps, shower heads etc
