We came into town on vacation and wanted to take some beach photos With the kids and grandparents Sharon was prompt and professional and got the picture with everybody having a great time.
What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Good photographs put you in a particular moment in time, they tell a story, or they speak to your emotions. The most important element of a great photograph is that it does all of the above.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
1. What is the emotion, feeling or vibe you want to portray in these images? Is it fun, playful, mysterious, cute, serious etc...?
2. What is the main purpose for choosing me as a photographer? What do you like about my images?
3. What do you want to stay away from? Are there any cliches in your industry or things you are sick of seeing?
4. What is your current demographic? What type of demographic are you trying to attract?
5. What do you like about the reference images you sent me?
6. What are the things you HAVE to have in the images?
7. How much TOTAL time will the client have for makeup, hair and photo shoot?
8. How many people will be on set from your team?

My name is Sharon Capitano, and I’m a Tampa Bay contemporary portrait photographer. Picking up a camera gives me an opportunity to capture a specific vision to share with others. What inspired you to start your own business?
My passion for photography started at an early age I always had to capture the moment and now I capture moment for everybody else it's a treasure
