I mean…SO GOOD!!!! Hotel was gorgeous, friendly staff, rooms were huge! Handmade furniture, great lighting, etc. Free beer at check in and free breakfast, with fresh eggs and bacon, etc and amazing yummy breads from their bakery. We didn’t eat at the restaurant (besides the breakfast) but the food looked great so we will be trying that next time! The only thing was that it is right next to the railroad tracks and the train comes through and sounds the horn in the middle of the night. I woke up with the first one so turned on some white noise on my phone and slept through the 2nd train. I would not let that deter you from staying here! 100% will stay here every time we come to Waco More...

I have eaten at Pivovar for both lunch and dinner now. Everything about the place feels like a dream! And I might as well be crushing on their scallop sliders at this point, since they are all I have been able to think about for the last two weeks! My husband and I met with some friends at Pivovar this week and they, hands down, have the best margarita I have ever had. I had a chance to meet the owner during my last visit. I felt terrible interrupting his meal to greet him. To my surprise, he immediately stood up, gave me a tour and took me to meet his guest chef, who is one of the top grill masters in the world. We went specifically for the Czech beer and were not disappointed! Absolutely delicious beer, paired with a few tasty appetizers and we had a great time. I highly recommend this place. The food is mouth-watering, the atmosphere is brilliant. The beer spa is very relaxing. We enjoyed the aromatic bad, the calming musik, the romantic candle light. The hotel room is spacious, bed very comfortable and the entire place is spotless. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our server gave us detailed information about the drinks and food we ordered. I had the heavenly delicious duck breast. I couldn't stop eating the tasteful original czech bread and pastry baked by a czech backer. We will be definitely visiting the czech Pivovar again. Thanks for this "piece of Europe" in TX . Just want everyone to know how good the food is at Pivovar – but not to be outdone by the awesome fresh brewed beer served here. After 40 years in the beer business I’ve never been a big fan of craft beer but was very impressed with the taste of the high quality and freshness of the beer brewed here. We ordered a flight and all four styles were delicious!!! I saw the owner, Julius, and introduced myself and told him how great the beer and the food was. He was gracious enough to give me and Debbie a personalized tour of the brewery, told us about the fresh ingredients shipped over from the Czech Republic (where he is from) and their unique brewing process here at Pivovar. He also gave us a tour of the recently completed hotel attached to the brewery, each one with a different decor complete with copper beer spas in each room!!! Julius is a very interesting, confident and lighthearted entrepreneur. We enjoyed our afternoon there and will definitely go back. If I could give this place more than five stars - food, beer and hospitality, I would. They are in the middle of a soft opening. They’re right across the street from the Silos in downtown Waco. I had delinguini Alfredo and the noodles were overcooked the Alfredo sauce was too thick and then there was some cheese to it that it looked clumpy and the Margarita tasted like water this whole experience there was not a good experience I would have thought for the prices you paid you got better food and it was just not at all what I expected very disappointing 😒
