Pismo Beach Florist

Placed the order online two days ago, Feb 12 for delivery on Valentines Day at a hotel we hadn't yet checked into. Cost was a little higher than I was expecting to pay, but it turned out to be totally worth it. I called this morning to request delivery before 11am (checkout time at the hotel where we're staying) and they came through. Flowers are beautiful. Got the classic dozen roses and they look exactly like the picture. I don't ever pay for flowers like these, and I think I should start. I'm not sure why anyone would go online to order flowers when you have Rick at Pismo Beach Florist. Rick has helped make me look like a super husband with his magic touch on special anniversaries, Valentine's, etc. He listens carefully to what I want, and is able to pull it off better than I could have hoped for. Rick was definitely our favorite vendor to work with during our wedding planning. On the day of our wedding, Rick knew exactly what I wanted and he made our venue look beautiful. I waited until my walk down the isle to see the final product and I was blown away. He create a beautifully decorated archway, a piece for our children's tee pee, the most adorable flower collars for our ring bearer and flower girl (aka our dogs), and my perfect cascade bouquet. I tried to order online but my phone kept kicking me off. Called and spoke with Rick who was amazingly kind and patient. I ordered the butterfly basket. I had to call back twice because my friend kept changing her plans as to when she'd be home making it hard to surprise her. Rick was so co-operative & not once conveying annoyance or frustration. We recently wanted to thank our vet for everything he has done for us. I called and was quickly able to order a beautiful arrangement, have them write a note, and have them delivered to him at work. The service from Pismo Beach Florist could not have been better. I needed the flowers sent out the same day and after working hours. I felt bad for wasting the lady I talked to on the phone's time with all my inane questions and unusual conditions for delivery. But she was pleasant, accommodating and extremely helpful. She really went the extra mile to help me out, and this is just a single flower order, not for a big event. She really cared that my flowers got sent out right. Definitely get 10 stars for service.As for the price, I just checked my credit card and was expecting, and would have been ok with, a large bill because of the quick order and delivery conditions, but as it turns out the entire order was cheaper than 1800flowers. What a fantastic shop!!! I ordered a Wedding arrangement over the phone from LA for a wedding and Rick was very helpful, reasonable, and creative.
