Thrilled with our first experience today, which was a late lunch. Loved the upstairs menu, prices for food and drink were reasonable, food/drink presentation exceeded my expectations. first time visit. Wow, very impressive place. we sat at the bar on the 3rd floor. A storm came through but we were dry and it dropped the temp with a nice breeze. Galan made the perfect dirty martini for my wife. Nice selections of drafts for me. Our meals were delicious and perfectly cooked. the entire staff was friendly.. Recommended this place to a friend for a dinner party, manager was VERY rude! My friend didn’t even ask for a reservation before she was rudely told No Reservations! She was told they would be full at the time she wanted the next day! Ridiculous! How could they know they would be full at that time if they aren’t doing reservations??? After viewing upstairs to determine if she wanted one of those floors , the manager seen my friend and didn’t even ask if she had chosen a floor or anything! So rude, maybe it was just that manager but I will NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone!!! So disrespectful! SMH!!!! More...

Me and my boyfriend went for our first time for a date night, the service was horrible. we waited for 15 mins just to get our drink order. Then we had to wait another 15 mins just to get a stater ordered, another 20 mins just to get our main food order.. Never been checked on the hole time we had out mian food.. Wasn't pleased. Drinks are over priced food was good not to bad of a price. The total of the time we sat there was 2.5 hours or longer just to eat dinner and on top of that the rain was moving in. The waiters shouldn't be allowed to just hang around at the hoistest area while it's very busy and not checking on their tables. More...
