Absolutely the best ever experience. I needed only 120 solid brick, not an entire house worth. Anyway, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They escorted me into the massive brick yard where I chose an example and helped me load it into my truck. If you need any brick, large or small, use these guys. They are the best. I just had a cube of bricks delivered by Pine Hall Brick that I will use for a new walk in the front yard, and some years ago I had 3-4 cubes delivered that I used to build my patio. These people are really amazing! From the people who want to help you through the WEB site, to the staff at the office, and finally to Dennis, who just delivered my bricks. Pine Hall Brick has been the primary brick supplier for Piedmont Personal Builders, LLC for 18 years, since our inception.
Their product quality, availability, selection, and pricing are excellent.
Their delivery and servicing of their customers is excellent.
Their personnel are very accommodating, helpful, and will do what ever it takes to meet your needs. In addition, they have very little turnover; so there is great consistency in communications. We have dealt with many of their employees for over a decade, unlike some other suppliers where you find yourself dealing with a new rep every other job.
They are a great vendor partner, and we recommend them highly.

When it was time to put an addition on my home, which included a much-expanded kitchen, it created space for both a wetbar and a wood-burning fireplace. I went to Pine Hall Brick to choose a size and style, and I was not disapppointed. The customer showroom staff were terrific. They were helpful and knowledgeable and they were also patient, which is necessary when it comes to choosing something as permanent as your fireplace and hearth brick. Helpful sample boards give you the bigger picture of what the finished look will be and they let me come home with a selection of the choices that I'd narrowed it down to.The delivery of brick was prompt and on-time, as scheduled. The palates of brick were in good shape and were placed exactly where we needed them to be. While I was not the one who ultimately inspected or used them after delivery, I understand that the bricks were well-made, well-chosen, and well-stacked, which means hardly any were chipped or broken or compromised.Two-and-a-half years later, I'm still pleased with what I got. My general contractor used these same brick to build the steps for the two exterior entrances into this expanded addition, and it has held up great and looks good. More...
