I have crutches due to foot surgery. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They went way out of their way to help me by bringing me plants to look at while they got me a chair to sit on. My mom and I just ordered a flower arrangement for her sister that passed away. I called and told them what we wanted from a picture we seen. We spent a total of 48.00 for it. We were so embembarrassed when we seen the actual arrangement. It had 2 very small plants, one spike and the other a small ivy. Im sure it was less then 5.00 to make including the small pot. They could of told us how small this was going to be. I guess their prices have really sky rocketed in the past few years, but ive never had anything this small from any other floral shop in my life. Lesson learned. We will never shop with them again. I wish i could show a picture here of what we asked for and what we got. So humiliating. Also, my mom has had an accaccount with them for 40 years and she called to tell them about how disappointed she was and they never said one word to her, just hung up on her. More...

I absolutely love this place. They have beautiful flowers and their customer service is top-notch! I purchased three hanging baskets from the store and a few weeks later they looked as if they were dying. I had no idea what was causing them to die and it quite possibly could have been me! I don't feel I have a green thumb, but I try. Anyways, I went back to the store to show them pictures of the flowers and asked what I was doing wrong. I spoke with Al and he suggested I bring them back so he could replace them for me. I told him he didn't have to do that because for all I know, it could have been me that was killing them. But he replied, "I want you to be happy with your flowers though." He allowed me to bring them back and switch them out for three other gorgeous hanging baskets. I will never forget this service Al provided to me and I will be going back there for my flowers from here on out. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all you guys do for your customers!
