Clean studio, friendly staff. I tried the HIIT Barre class via Class Pass. Instructor was high energy and helpful. The class was VERY challenging but in a good way. Instructor was motivating but didn't make me feel bad when I needed a few modifications for my knee. (Recovering from ACL reconstruction). Will return on future trips to Minneapolis area. More...

Was looking for a CrossFit gym while I was in town for two weeks. I couldn't find one that opened early enough so I decided to come here since I thought it was a HIIT gym. I was very surprised when I walked in and discovered it was a yoga place. At first I wanted to leave. I'm glad I didn't though! The classes were super challenging and in a few days my sciatic pain, that I've had for months, disappeared! The instructors were great and went around the room focusing on correct form!
